RideMETRO Fare Card
The RideMETRO Fare Card replaces the METRO Q® Fare Card, METRO Day Pass and METRO Money. It will be the only valid fare card you can use when riding local bus, Park & Ride bus, METRORail and METRO curb2curb.
Fare Types
Regular Fare
This card is for customers who pay full fare.
You can purchase a card and add money on it:
- Here in the METRO Online RideStore
- At METRO RideStore locations
- At participating retail locations
- At Ticket Vending Machines (TVMs)
Discounted Fare
This card is for customers who have been approved for a discounted fare, which allows you to ride for half price or for free.
RideMETRO Discount Fare Cards are available for customers who have been approved in one of the following categories:
- K-12 Students
- College/University/Trade School Students
- Seniors 65-69
- Seniors 70 years or older
- Qualified veterans
You can apply, purchase and add money to a RideMETRO Discount Fare Card:
